So much to see! So much to do! Welcome to the 2017 Life and Leisure Family Expo in Central Park. This family and budget friendly event has evolved to be one of Spruce Grove’s most exciting summer events. It is unique to us and has been created for the community as a whole, where everyone will experience a true celebration of our amazing region.
Street Hockey Tournament
Cheer on your favorite team and meet your Saints! They are reffing and time keeping this super fun event. Booster Juice Spruce Grove sponsors the event, and boy are there some amazing prizes, huge participant packages and medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in each event. Petting Zoo
Licensed and insured, this zoo features experienced operators and clean animals in one of Edmonton’s oldest licensed petting zoos guaranteed to entertain you and your children with memories that will last a lifetime.
From registered miniature Nigerian dwarf dairy goats to fancy poultry, rabbits and commercial Dorper cross sheep, our petting zoo has a large assortment of exotic, commercial and seasonal animals.
This program is also a highly interactive way of introducing children to friendly animals of all types – the operators engage with their guests to teach them about diet and individual needs. FREE WITH ADMISSION
Outdoor Laser Tag
Come and play the newest and hottest rage in mobile entertainment, mobile laser tag> Using safe infrared technology, just like your tv remote, these taggers allow laser tag to be played anywhere, anytime, and even in full sunlight! FREE WITH ADMISSION
Inflatable Playground
This one is amazing.. an obstacle course, jumping, sliding and having an amazing time. professionally supervised playground is huge and a whole lot of fun! FREE WITH ADMISSION
Carnival Games
Hockey Shoot Out, Shoot a Bow and Arrow, Strong Man Competition, Penguin Fish Fling, Giant Dartboard, Seedling Planting, Sand Boxes, Ball toss, Feed the Bears, remote race tracks, fishing ponds, cowboy shoot outs, Live Spider-Man, Live Princess Elsa, and oodles more.. adults will enjoy the massages, axe throwing, pong game and more… all FREE WITH ADMISSION
FMX Stunt Show
Professional riders preform jumps, flips and handstands on their dirtbikes. Freestyle Motocross is sure to amaze young and old alike – FREE WITH ADMISSION
Food Trucks
What’s a carnival without great eats? We have a food truck line planned that will wet the appetite of any age! With family friendly meals and packages, come on out and taste the amazing and sometimes extraordinary foods from a truck!
Entertainment Stage
Baton Twirling, Cheer, Dancing, Singing, Ukrainian Dancing, Tae Kwon Do, music and a dance competition! This gets everyone moving, but it’s truly amazing to see our local talent on the stage. Our local groups are very impressive indeed. FREE WITH ADMISSION
Waffle Challenge
Save on Foods sponsors the waffles for this fun challenge. Come on out and taste some amazing creations with a waffle! Famoso Spruce Grove took home the GOLDEN WAFFLE in 2016 with their waffle, but the stakes were high as they competed with Cheesecake Cafe’s Monte Cristco Waffle, Phat Tony’s Asian Chicken Waffle and Jack’s Drive In’s Ice Cream Waffle! Who will win this year? Join us!
