Come on down to Stony Plain’s Family Fest on December 31, 2017 at Heritage Park! This New Years Eve fun for the whole family event is always lots of fun! Our office will have our RE/MAX tent set up and have donated hot chocolate, marshmallows and cups so that everyone can enjoy a nice hot cup of coco during this super fun event! Please remember to bring a non-perishable food item to support our local food bank. Let’s have a blast ringing in 2018 with our family, friends and community!

Family Fest is the community’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration.
Activities include:
Carnival games
Live entertainment
Hotdogs, popcorn, and hot chocolate
Kids’ crafts
Photo booth
Outdoor skating
Horse-drawn wagon rides (weather dependent)
Bonfire
Fireworks
Old-time Christmas displays at the Pioneer Museum
Face painting
And more!
The Town is encouraging residents to carpool and to park off site and walk. There is limited parking available at Heritage Park. Please dress for the weather!
As all of the Family Fest activities are free, the event relies heavily on donations from the community.
Please bring a non-perishable food-item as a donation to the Parkland Food Bank.

Ubi Caritas: Charity, Love & Music for the Season takes place in Spruce Grove on Friday December 15th from 7:30-9pm. Come enjoy Parkland’s newest choir for a debut event in the community. Experience the music and lights, as a portion of the proceeds go towards charitable causes in the local area!

Saturday December 16, Averton Homes is hosting a free photo with Santa Claus in one of their Prescott Showhomes in Spruce Grove! At 56 Prospect Place from 12-3pm, come get your photo taken and miss the Edmonton line-ups.

December 16th at 10am Tasha’s Zumba will be holding a free pound fitness class at Chop Shop Physiques in Stony Plain. If your looking to try something new, this is a great opportunity in your local area! Contact Tasha’s Zumba at 780-266-9580 to register for your free class.

Come on down to visit the excitement that takes place at Candy Cane Lane this Christmas! Opening on December 08th they have family events like sleigh rides, and free hot chocolate served, making it hard to miss out on this spectacular view! Remember a donation for the food bank and check out the beauty that is Candy Cane Lane.

On Saturday December 9th, the Parkland Village School with be hosting a wonderful family event from 1-5pm at the school. For just $5 per person, or $20 for a family, everyone can enjoy some movies, popcorn, a free photo with Santa and a cardboard sled competition! Hoping to see you all there!
