The weekend starts with a tradition of music and time spent with family and friends offering three days of the best Bluegrass and Roots music North America has to offer. Start each day with a pancake breakfast, then set your chair up at the outdoor or indoor stages. There is also a charming venue at the adjacent Stony Plain Pioneer Museum. Players come from far and wide to jam. Dedicated jamming tents, open 24 hours, and parking lot picking make finding a jam easy. The petting zoo is a nice distraction after wandering through the indoor market. Food trucks make getting lunch or dinner easy. If you need a place to meet up with friends and get something cold to drink head on over to the licensed Blueberry patio. The dances on Friday and Saturday nights start when the stages shut down at 10 p.m. The Blueberry Bluegrass Festival is Western Canada’s largest Bluegrass Festival.
